Context:
AXA Group Operations - Cyberdefense and Network Product are leading a Major Program Web Secure Access.
The goal of this program is to rollout AXA users to Skyhigh (ex-Mc Afee) PROXY Webgateways Cloud Solution around the world.

Missions:
As Web Gateway Expert, The service will have technical expertise on User and Application’s internet access delivery and customer relation expertise to carry out the following(during various projects: migration projects so as implementation of new features):
- Prepare User migration from on prem web gateways to Cloud solution. Assess the web gateway/proxy needs or situation and plan the requirement to migrate.
- Manage the migration of user from on prem solution to Skyhigh Web gateways Cloud Solution
- Manage incident related to web gateway migration program.
- Manage implementation of new features (eg. shadow IT monitoring)
- Manage new demands and assess the technical sets-up on proxy configurations to answer the need
- The service will be a technical advisor on proxy configurations, roadmap and strategy
- Analyze user or application internet activities for security purpose.
- Analyze user or application internet activities for performance improvement.
- Support Skyhigh web gateways global solution
- Raise service request or incident ticket to Vendor or provider
- Work closely with BAU L2 support teams to technically support/advise them on their daily activities
- Work closely with workplace support teams to support device browsing issue
- Work closely with AD support teams to support authentication issue
- Work closely with Cyberdefense teams on security request and issue.

Deliverables:
- Proxy or web gateway Entity Assessment
- Workshop Meetings with Workplace and opco IT teams
- LLD (configurations and settings of Skyhigh solution)
- POC and Pilot follow up
- Migrations follow up and troubleshooting sessions
- Service update
- Expertise Transfer to BAU teams

Technical expertise:
- Webgateways security role and key design.
- Skyhigh webgateway solution on premise & cloud
- Migrating users from on premise proxy to Skyhigh web gateways Cloud solution.
- Shadow IT monitoring
- TLS inspection mechanisms.
- Active Directory and Authentication mechanisms
- End Point Protection mechanisms (SEP, Antivirus, EDR, DLP)
- Microsoft Windows Device, Mac Os Device web browsing
- Firewalling and Loadbalancing technology
- Network and security key principles on Internet, LAN/WAN, SDWAN, Remote access VPN, Split tunneling
- Workplace task expertise (preferred)
- Expertise of server administration
